The Organization, now seeks to recruit and create talented and sustainable Human Resource Pool of Professionals, with high levels of Integrity, dedication and commitment, geared towards driving the Company generated business, both in the short and long term. The staff will work as part of an exciting team with a vision of becoming better professionals and execute the Company’s mandate. The successful candidates will be engaged as and when the respective Duties are rolled out.

Key Duties & Responsibilites:

Present, promote and sell Furniture products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
-
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
-
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
-
Continuously improve through feedback
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent math's and Marketing skills.

Excellent Customer care and relations skills
-
Understanding of E-Commerce and A good Marketing Background

Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point or similar software program

Any Equivalent Academic Award
Monthly salary:
Probational salary: 450,000/= (3 months training )
Contract Pay UG sh. 850,000/=
plus Affiliated Sales Commissions and allowances.
